High Level Description:Description: The candidate will be working on the Identity Management (idM) Operations Team, and will assist with all aspects of supporting the application and end-users. Duties will include monitoring escalations and collaborating with the Food and Beverage Support Center to drive resolution within the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA).
