Apply today!Primary Duties and Responsibilities• With other team members, works to establish & maintain data models, data marts, data warehouses and standards.• Ensures data elements, including cubes, are designed and available for flexible, topical, and timely end-user or corporate reporting.• Work with Power Users in the development of end-user reports.• Work with Business Analysts or directly with business on identifying changes required to underlying data structure or to corporate reports.• Works with Database Administrator to ensure infrastructure is suitably optimized and configured to support the reporting environment.• Develop and test corporate reports. The delivery method for these reports may include web-based tools in addition to native Cognos products.• Ensure meta-data is properly updated and maintained.• Analyze and optimize reports and output for optimization opportunities.• Installation and deployment of Cognos interfaces.• Provides training to users at various levels as required.• Makes recommendations to changes in the report delivery system, including underlying data elements, structures, and supporting applications.

Experience/Skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Excellent understanding of and experience with Cognos or major Business Intelligence toolset • Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL• Understanding of business intelligence, data modeling, and data warehouse application.• Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills• Above average written and verbal communication skills• Self starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.Qualifications• Post secondary education with a Degree in Business or Information Systems• At least 5 years related in SQL and data modeling• Minimum 2 years experience with Business Intelligence tools (Cognos preferred) If you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest, please e-mail RHT with a copy of your latest resume.
