Description
The candidate will be responsible for the support and implementation of our client's data warehouse and Business Intelligence systems supporting our Commercial Operations business users. This individual must be able to apply system solutions to business problems through either the development of a computer application or configuration of an off-the-shelf software package. She/he must be able to plan, conduct and direct major, long-term projects, including project definition, cost assessment and support of the integration of various project suppliers and vendors. She/he must have proven project life-cycle documentation skills; e.g., functional user requirements, technical requirements, testing documentation, etc. Additionally, this individual must be able to direct teams of cross-functional professionals involved in the analysis, design, development and implementation of large scale software applications including proven experience in working with external vendors and with the integration of multiple systems and data sources.

Experience/Skills
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have a BA/BS degree, computer science preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of 7-10 years experience in the following: Implementation and support experience with large data warehouse systems.
  • Must have an understanding of emerging technologies, e.g. Web applications, CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.
  • Experience with Oracle and Unix environments is required.
  • Experience with IMS data or Business Intelligence Toolsets such as Business Objects or Impromptu is desired.
  • Must hav project Management for complex applications and experience with MS Project, standard MS Office applications, and Visio are essential.
  • Must have proven written and oral communication skills; strong customer service skills, and leadership skills.

Skills Required:
SQL, PL/SQL, DATA WAREHOUSING,JAVA AND PERL PROGRAMMING, UNIX, ETL TOOLS, specifically DT Studio, but any other is fine, Data Migration,
