Description
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases. Responsible for providing operational and maintenance support to several existing systems. Will handle performance issues, data replication, indexing and data integrity problems. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Practical experience with database tools and utilities on both Windows NT and UNIX platforms. Ability to implement database security, perform tuning and monitoring, and create backup policies and procedures. Prefer software development experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft Visual Basic, and ASP.Requires strong SQL skills and experience supporting production databases.
