What you need for this position:

-1-4 years of Online Database Management
- A Bachelor's degree
- Experience being progressively responsible for database administration in a marketing or fundraising environment
- Experience with large database systems,
- solid analytical and project management skills,
- strong written/verbal communication all highly preferred.
- Experience with Convio
- familiarity and/or interest in animal protection issues strongly desired.
What you'll be doing:

- manage our online fundraising and constituent database housed in a Convio eCRM system.
- Manage the complex flow and organization of constituent transaction data between the Convio online database and our Target Team Approach system
- oversee improvements to the design and synchronization of other online databases
- manage the use of specific tools to aid in our direct response programs
- create standardized online member reporting procedures
-maintain the integrity and security of the online member data
- create and maintain training procedures for our staff that work with the Convio online member database.
