Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for a Database Administrator who will integrate The Raiser’s Edge and The Financial Edge and will be responsible for Raiser’s Edge database, supporting all fundraising programs and functions. The Database Administrator will manage frequent data imports and exports from multiple outside sources such as telefunding vendors. The Database Administrator will create, maintain, and produce reporting and analysis documents for each fundraising channel, serve as a technical resource to staff for Raiser’s Edge queries, mail merges, and spreadsheets. The Database Administrator will design and create a variety of queries and reports using Crystal reports. Manage multiple projects with multiple timelines simultaneously, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience/Skills
Skills and requirements for the Database Administrator include but not limited to Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge database. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with different levels of management are necessary. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Must be able to work independently, yet communicate effectively. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through techniques for multiple tasks required.
