BI - Database Developer NEW (Mason, OH)

Position Description: Gain project requires custom work and needs a resource/SQL developer with SQL Server 2005 training and experience to help integrate data in various databases and display in SQL driven reports. Customer data will be in various forms, Excel, Oracle, SQL Server, csv, flat file, manual input, and others. Developing reports and deploying SharePoint sites is also part of the scope of this project.



SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) required experience:

??? Creating SSIS packages

o To Oracle

o Other SQL instances

??? Using configuration files and variables for production deployment



SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) required experience:

??? Building cubes

??? Writing MDX expressions for cube calculations and KPIs



SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) required experience:

??? Developing reports

??? Deploying reports in SharePoint (rdl files and connection files)



SharePoint MOSS experience deploying BI services:

??? Creating Dashboard pages that use Excel Web Access web parts and Reporting Services web parts.

??? Using Excel Services for reports and web parts

??? Creating and debugging data connections to SSAS

??? Deploying SSRS Reports in SharePoint
