Database Report Writer
Link Technologies is currently recruiting for a Database Report Writer for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This is an opportunity to work with an award winning company in their field with innovative team members and tremendous growth.
The Database Report Writer will be responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting. This position utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations and provides support and collaboration to research team, customer experience, clients, or management by collecting, analyzing data and reporting results. While the day-to-day focus is on database development, reporting, and analysis, this position will also be expected to use their technical knowledge and skills to participate in related disciplines, such as software engineering, project management, product management, quality assurance, and configuration management in order to ensure a project s smooth transition through development and implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Skilled in SQL 2000/2005 Database Development as well as stored procedure and function development
Experience in Data Warehousing
Experience in developing ETL Solutions
Ability to create report & technical designs from information needs requirements and estimate work hours required to complete
Ability to review current functions and procedures and make improvements
Ability to multi-task simultaneously on multiple projects
Willingness to learn, take on challenges and provide the highest level of service
Excellent technical and communication skills to work independently as required

Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services and/or Analysis Services is a plus
An MCITP or MCDBA certification a plus
Experience with BridgeGate/SSIS is a plus
Healthcare experience is a plus
