Description
Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technologies professionals, has a Database Specialist - Quality Control Coordinator position with a minimum of 3 years experience, a BA ( a must) and market research experience preferred. This is a contract position located in San Francisco, CA for a mobile device product company.

Database Specialist - Quality Control Coordinator

Job Description:
Identify and investigate data exceptions using Microsoft Excel and SQL relational databases.
Provide regular communication updates on the list of investigations being done over email and through excel documents.
QC final client deliverables released to clients to ensure data accuracy.

Key Competencies:
Ability to clearly communicate with both onshore and offshore stakeholders. (Required)
Attention to Detail - Must be willing to regularly examine large sets of data points. Must be thorough in analysis and execution.(Required)
Microsoft Office - Must be proficient in Excel and able to communicate effectively using Outlook. (Required)
Industry Knowledge (Preferred) - Understanding of key trends, markets and behaviors of wireless consumers.
SQL Relational Databases (Optional) - Understanding of indexes, stored procedures, custom queries.
SPSS (Optional) - Understanding of SPSS Syntax, Output and merging data files

Experience/Education:
3 years professional experience (Required)
Bachelor's degree (Required)
