Description
Position Summary
Requires a problem solving skills including analysis and troubleshooting. Individual should be technology focused and team oriented. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Responsible for operation of internal Data Center systems, including console and engineering servers.

Duties
- Manages workflow ticketing queues for all Data Center Operations provisioning and support issues across Enterprise Solutions, Advanced Server and Co-location product lines
- Performs RAID system hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- Provides upgrades and modifications for existing customer solutions.
- Responsible for delivering products on time according to milestones and due dates established by provisioning processes and Project Plans.
- Performs basic analysis and troubleshooting of hardware problems associated with provisioning of customer solutions.
- Communicates effectively with technicians in Certified Engineering, Engineering and Architecture, and partners and vendors to facilitate problem resolution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- A+, Network + or MCP required
