Requirements:

Candidate should have atleast 3 years of professional experience in BI tools (Cognos, MicroStrategy, Business Objects). Candidate should also possess at least 3 years experience in Oracle database design. Candidate should have strong design and development skills in SQL and PL/SQL. They should possess strong OLAP experience and experience in designing star schemas, dimensions and facts. Extensive knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence concepts is required. Having a working knowledge of COGNOS tools and technology is a huge plus. Other desired skills include Web application development (.net, J2EE, XML, Web Services), Portal technologies, scripting using PERL, programming in C++ and knowledge of UNIX.
