What you need:
- 3+ years of expert level SQL experience in SQL Server 2K5
- Experience working with up to 1 terabyte of data
- Proficient in writing and optimizing T-SQL code
- OLAP design and development
- Architecting Datawarehouse solutions (from scratch)
- Datamining and analytics
- Skills in SQL Reporting Services, SSIS, SSAS, as well as SQL Clusters

What you'll be doing:
- Building the entire Datawarehouse from the ground up
- Performing analytics and presenting findings to other business managers within the organization
- Database Development to support high transaction E-commerce applications
- Process improvement initiatives in .NET programming skills (C# or VB) therefore, a background in software development is a huge plus
- Managing staff of 3
