Description
The Walt Disney Internet Group is looking for a Decision Support Engineer in their Smith Tower location in Seattle, WA. Interviewing takes place the week of January 23rd. Candidates with 8+ years of technology, business analysis, or back office business process implementation/operations management experience with three of those years in Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse development are preferred. Experience deploying OLAP solutions in a multi-Terabyte, fortune 500 corporate environment, extensive experience with relational DB design and development (VLDB with SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata); ETL Design and implementation either w/ hand-coded ETL or with tools like Ab Initio, Informatica, Data Stage or DTS are required. Experience in media, entertainment and Internet business models and knowledge of PERL and XML are desirable.
