We have an immediate need for a Delivery Engagment Manager JOB DESCRIPTION Delivery Engagement Manager (75369) Maintain regular, ongoing communication with Planning regarding current portfolio and future work. Offer assistance with client portfolio management and planning, assist with prioritization of projects and update accordingly. Manage Deployment Portfolio. Provide process mentoring support to company resources required for projects in assigned portfolio. Validate account IDs so deployment actual costs are accurate. Use reports to manage assigned portfolios. Participate actively in Guidance Council Review Meetings. Work with clients to clarify requirements and guide to most appropriate hosting choice. Answer questions related to the deployment process, offerings and hosting environments. Ensure interlocked Statement of Work as required. Work with Project Managers to facilitate interlocked agreement on dates and estimates of deployment and steady state costs. Provide Capability Date where appropriate and possible.
