We have an immediate need for a Delivery Manager/Sr. Test Lead - long term contract with benefits!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Client-facing Experience, Sales Support Expertise, Communication, Problem Solving, Leadership, Test PM, Hands-On HP Quality Cetner/QTP experience, issue / defect mgmt, metrics and trend analysis, resource management.

Desirable: HIPAA 5010, Insurance Systems (Claims, etc..) and Test Entry / Exit Criteria, Test Environment Knowledge.

Oversees the testing efforts of the test team, reporting the status of the project.

Skill sets for the position include. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills, Leadership, Managing multiple priorities, MS Suite including MS Project, Exposure to SDLC best practices, database structures, change management, release management, Proven Testing and QA skills in an IT/IS environment with a mixed blend of technologies (AS400, Mainframe, Oracle, DB2, Unix, etc.), System Testing Tools, Defect Management, Test Requirements Engineering and Management experience, Managed HealthCare Systems a plus.
