Responsibilities: Analyze upcoming product ideas Participate in team discussions for design phase of large projects and work solo on design for smaller projects Program designed projects using practices consistent with development team Debug projects and offer support to other team members Maintain new code and existing code where needed Be available to Client Support staff for issues beyond their expertise including minimal client interaction.

Must have Strong Delphi Development and Maintence Experience!

BS degree in Computer Science preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Object Oriented programming Extensive experience with Delphi, C# is preferred. Web application development experience. MS SQL Server and general database programming/scripting experience MYSQL experience desirable Good analytic and logic skills Ability to provide quick (and accurate) project estimates, change orders, detailed specifications and other documentation as needed Ability to multi-task a variety of projects simultaneously See projects through from start to finish with minimal supervision XP and .NET familiarity and general knowledge of applications such as Word/Excel Permanent legal right to work in the United States and availability for interview
