Deployment Manager for RollOut of VPN

I.

1. Communicate overall IP Product Strategy as a foundation for IP Automation including the elements of the existing "9 Box Strategy"
2. Provide a Timeline for all components and detail how the information will be communicated.
3. Identify Key Stakeholders in Sales, Customer Care, Product Management, Marketing, BPRG, BSLD and PCU for Support and Execution of messaging
4. Facilitate plan for Executive Level Sponsorship
5. Create Executive level messaging and identify associated deliverables (Ex: Video, Collateral, etc)

1. Develop Field Message for Re-Launch of Net VPN. This will require messaging for two different audiences: Sales and Customer Care / BPRG / BSLD. It will include the following components
2. Explanation of IP Automation Project and the Long Term Strategy of Mainstreaming associated Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Processes for all IP Products
3. Communicate the Mainstreaming efforts specific to NetVPN for Sales and Customer Care and the associated Benefits for both organizations and link to future IP Initiatives
4. Communicate all IT Automation efforts to support the Mainstreaming process for NetVPN
5. Outline Roles and Responsibilities for all affected organizations within Sales and Customer Care
6. Provide a Timeline for all components and detail how the information will be communicated.

1. Develop a detailed deployment strategy, timeline, and messaging for all required training to support the field launch in 1Q of 2005 This will include the following:
2. NetVPN Product Training for the Non-Impact Sales Force (Account Managers)
3. Technical NetVPN Product and Design training for the Sales Specialists and NSE's
4. New Sales Process and MAC'D Process Training for all Sales Titles and Pre-Sales Support
5. Systems Training for all Sales Titles (Includes Works, QE, and Contract Connect Enhancements)
6. Training for the Impact Teams
7. IP and Basic NetVPN product training for Customer Care
8. New Sales Process and Implementation Process Training for Customer Care

Experience/Skills
Seeking individual with significant experience in Project / Program Management with past experience deploying VPN.
