Mid Level Deployment PM
(Most Important)- Experience in managing PC deployment projects with both hardware and operating system upgrades in an enterprise environment. (Interview Question)
-(Very Important)- Needs to have experience writing a PC deployment plan. (Interview Question)
-(Very Important)- 2+ years experience in Notes and Windows administration and user support. (Interview Question)
-Self-motivated, detail oriented, exceptionally organized in order to prioritize a heavy workload and maintain an exceptional level of accuracy in protecting IFC systems and information.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, willingness to work in a team environment, client-oriented

Desired Skills:
Possess a thorough understanding of the World Bank Group corporate structure to properly manage information access of staff when transferring between organizations and locations
Knowledge of Microsoft Vista, MS Office 2007
Knowledge of PC imaging and package installation

Experience/Skills
. Prepare, execute and manage a detailed PC deployment plan
. Mitigate and/or resolve any issues to ensure that the deployment schedule, strategy and detailed plan are met and fulfilled
. Manage, orchestrate and maintain high quality execution of activities and/or tasks related to the scheduling, staging and delivery of PC systems to the end user
. Prepare and execute detailed deployment readiness procedures for the IT Coordinators and end users
. Prepare detailed deployment execution procedures for the Deployment team
. Train the Deployment team on the detailed deployment execution procedures
. Manage the Deployment team resources and maintain excellent execution quality of deployment procedures
. Mitigate and/or resolve any issues that may arise in the delivery of PC systems to the end user; this includes coordination with the IT Coordinators, Training and Communications, Helpdesk, Server, Network, PC Provisioning, Notes teams etc
. Provide daily, weekly and monthly status reports on project progress - what was delivered, issues, resolutions, inventory levels
. Ensure that PCs delivered to and retrieved from users are recorded and tracked
. Manage and orchestrate end to end ordering, delivery and inventory maintenance of PC systems from the vendor
. Document project progress, issues encountered, resolutions and lessons learned
. Provide end of project report
