Experience/Skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry tools
- Minimum 10 years experience (preferably agency and interactive work)
- Excellent conceptual thinking and communication skills.
- Must be well versed in User Centered Design methodologies and techniques
- A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative thinking, strong creative vision and problem-solving skills for complex interactive design challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes.
- Experience managing a department or team.
- Ability to inspire creativity, innovative thinking and motivate team members.
- Knowledgeable about restrictions and freedoms of technology in the design process.
