Description

Senior Engineer (Cary, NC)
Design the circuitry on DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) chips, including verification of circuit operations through simulations of all items.Review the physical design of all circuits and provide a weekly status report of completed tasks and identified issues to the design team leader.Define and document design approach to reach targets in chip architecture, reference designs, re-use blocks, modified blocks, and new blocks.Estimate influences of different design features on schedule, risk and required resources.

SALARY:$84,000 / year

WORK SCHEDULE:40 hrs/wk, M-F (8:00am - 5:00pm).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field and two years of experience involving designing the circuitry on DRAM chips, including verification of circuit operationsthrough simulation of all interns. Employer will also accept a bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience.df-tc
