PSC is currently looking for a Desk Side Support Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas (Galleria area location) .

Up to 15% Travel with this position within the greater MetroPlex area

Position Responsibilities:
This position will require minimal travel in the Dallas/Fort Worth MetroPlex area and rotating weekend/night on-call responsibilities. The applicant filling this position will manage problem ticket flow and resolution, perform Window 2000/XP installs, software installations, troubleshooting, printer set ups, documentation, help with projector and audio visual set ups and other odd jobs in a corporate headquarters environment. Position requires a person who is customer oriented, with a professional image and attitude. Business casual dress environment.

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years Desk side Support
  • 2+ years Customer Account Skills
  • 2+ years light Server& Network Administration
  • Very Strong Customer Service focus

    Desired Skills:
  • Windows XP Professional experience
  • Familiarity with a variety of desktop applications including Microsoft Office XP/2003 & Outlook
  • Desktop, laptop, software, operating troubleshooting skills
  • PDA support experience (Blackberry)
  • Solid desk side, phone and remote user support skills
  • Network switch, Wireless Access points, and router experience
  • Windows Server and active directory experience

    Educational Requirements:
  • B. S. degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • Network+, Server+, CCNA, MCSE 2000 or 2003 certification a plus
