Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Desk Side Support Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, OH.

Job Responsibilities:
This person would be providing Deskside Support to include daily support, maintenance, and deployment of PC's, Laptops, and peripherals in a Windows environment. Responsibilities include addressing and resolving trouble tickets and completing requests for hardware and software. Work incidents and requests are documented through OPAS ticketing system. This person would also be setting up new computers along with trouble shooting hardware and software issues.

Required Skills:
  • 2-4 years of providing hands-on Desktop/PC (2nd Level) Support to an end-user community.
  • Experience must include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC/Laptops in Windows environment.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Windows XP, MS Office, MS Outlook and Active Directory.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication/written (documentation) skills, and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users is a must.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or Advanced Degree is a plus.

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • Technical certifications such as A+, MCDST, MCSE, etc. are a plus
