Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Desk Side Support Analyst to join our team in Modesto, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
The Desk Side Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the end user community through the installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of network systems, workstations and other computer hardware. The Desk Side Support Analyst is responsible for the resolution of problems and the implementation of new functionality for network systems. The Desk Side Support Analyst is also responsible for knowledge associated with networking technologies. The Desk Side Support Analyst assists in Help Desk services, maintaining network systems, documentation and adheres to policies, procedures and standards of the organization.

The Desk Side Support Analyst applies technical knowledge and skills to assure the efficient, effective and consistent delivery of high quality services. The The Desk Side Support Analyst is responsible for demonstrating a commitment to the values of the hospital through active participation in Customer Service and Continuous Quality Improvement programs.

Required Skills:
  • 2 years experience with the technical support of a network systems and related hardware components or equivalent technical training.
  • Basic network server administration, troubleshooting, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic MS Office and Windows experience.

    Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge with backups, active directory and policies.
  • Experience in Healthcare setting.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training/experience.
