Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Desk Side Support Specialist to join our team in St Louis, MO.

Job Responsibilities:
The Desk Side Support Specialist installs, analyses, configures, and repairs PCs, printers, and peripheral devices according to written specifications. This including: providing technical advice to end-users; troubleshooting and resolving computer issues; installing and supporting Windows operating system, Microsoft applications, Clinical applications and various software applications; reviewing, updating and closing work orders according to service level agreement; installing new hardware and/or moving devices and associated equipment; keeping accurate records of all work performed on a daily basis.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Three years experience supporting PC and related hardware
  • Experience supporting end-users, operating systems and applications
  • Strong customer service skills along with written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, both individually and in a team environment

    Desired Skills:
    Windows Active Directory experience preferred

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Additional training related to position preferred

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • None required. PC certification preferred
