Job Title
The Technician's role and responsibilities is as follows: Desktop support and troubleshooting in a Corp environment. Hardware and software rollout experience for both Laptops and Desktops. Experience using Symantec Ghost to create and load images. OS and Software installation and configuration experience a must. Experience dealing with end users. Good customer service skills W2K/Office/Office 2K to XP/Office/Outlook '03 migration experience a must. Lotus Notes experience a plus. Experience using VB scripts for data backup and restores. Experience configuring and installing Blackberry and Palm devices a big plus. Required Skills:
Software Install Experience
Troubleshooting of Laptop Hardware
Customer Service Skills
Desired Skills:
Windows 2000 in an AD environment, Exchange/Outlook, Lotus Notes, VPN, Ghost
Excellent Customer Service Skills
XP Migration experience
Hardware break/fix experience
Printer break/fix experience
