Description
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages general daily work order queue.
Troubleshoots hardware and software problems on PCs and phones.
Perform PC and phone setups as assigned.
Serves as a technical resource for Tech Support.
Follow appropriate procedures as needed to maintain standard environments.
Responsible for insuring software licenses are acquired as needed.
Available for some late night and weekend projects as approved my IT Manager.

SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Proficient with Ethernet and TCP/IP networking protocols.
Proficient with VoIP phone systems and hardware.
Demonstrated skills set troubleshooting PC hardware and configuration.
Understanding of PC hardware with the ability to disassemble and reassemble.

EXPERIENCE
2 - 4 years experience in a Technical position.

EDUCATION
Associates degree or related field or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
