We have an immediate need for a Deskside Support Technician. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Provides technical end-user troubleshooting and training for Microsoft Office, email, data security, administrative products and other desktop software. - Perform help desk duties responding to end user inquires and maintaining the call ticketing system. - Perform PC-related hardware and software support including installation, configuration and maintenance. - PC hardware and Microsoft certifications preferred. - 2+ years of technical support and customer service experience in a MS Windows environment with exposure to Microsoft operating systems, Office suite products, e-mail, remote access, anti-virus, anti-spam and other security software required. - Must be team orientation, have a service orientation, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively - Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
