TASKS
.Providing technical consultant services to PHIS application developers.
.Identifying end users' system needs and requirements.
.Developing new tracking system requirements.
.Perform necessary coding to develop new application.
.Test and debug new application.
.Assist as needed in deployment of new application.
.Provide technical consultant services in modifying the new system post go-live.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.Four (4) years experience within the last seven (7) years developing enterprise level applications in a Microsoft Internet environment using Visual Studio/Visual Studio.Net.
2.Four (4) years experience within the last seven (7) years developing component-based and transaction-oriented Internet applications using ASP, COM+ (COM/MTS), and VB.
3.Three (3) years experience within the last six (6) years developing n-tier assembly-based Internet applications using ASP.Net and VB.Net.
4.Five (5) years experience within the last ten (10) years administering SQL Server and developing stored procedures.
5.Five (5) years experience within the last eight (8) years developing Crystal Reports.
6.Two (2) years experience within the last three (3) years developing SQL Reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services tool.
7.Three (3) years experience within the last six (6) years programming health services business processes.
