Description
One of our best clients has a immediate opening for a Desktop Engineer who is responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, and integration of personal computer technology associated with systems. The Engineer works with the Information Services department to provide various departments with PC technology to better serve their clients. In addition, the Desktop Engineer serves as a third-level technical support for the Support Center Analysts.Minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft System Management Server (SMS) and/or Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)Minimum of 2-3 of scripting languages with an emphasis on VB ScriptingExperience with Application Packaging and VirtualizationExperience in Group Policy Management1 – 2 years of providing Tier 3 support, preferably in an health care environment.Strong documentation and Customer Service skills.This is a full time position.df-tc
