In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide desktop support for a Windows based network
• Provide Active Directory support
• Provide network infrastructure report
• Ultimately move into performing technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems
• Support company's internal network and the networks of company's clients. Your involvement with clients would include verbal and written communications as well as some presentations. Some travel maybe required
• Possibly plan, design, and implement networked systems, including configurations
• Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and work on project implementation. Serve as technical liaison with vendors.
  
  The position includes the following qualifications:
  • Preferred Certifications include: CCNA, Any Windows Technology MCTS Certifications, or MCITP Certifications
  • 3 years of functional and technical experience
  • At least 2 years Active Directory experience
  • Strong desktop support skills
  • Prefer experience supporting Unix
  • Strong customer service skills; interfaces with customers, end users, partners and associates
  • Prefer experience in ASP and Java
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibility.
