Description
Our Fortune 100 client is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Professional. This individual will be primarily responsible for customers service management interface and will respond to break/fix and service requests assignments within established service level timeframes. Escalates internally to Lead or manager or to appropriate assignment group when necessary. May also act as Project Leader and be involved in providing assistance and training to Associate and Analyst I level. Receives only general direction and is competent to work at the highest technical level while working on own most of the time.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Requirements:

Qualifications:* 3-5 years of work experience* Bachelors degree in related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience* Broad business knowledge and problem resolution / customer service skills, technologies, tools & alternatives* In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system technologies & tools, broad knowledge of system and technology alternatives* In-depth knowledge of process and procedures for requesting services of both internal and external organizations*Excellent problem analysis and problem resolution skills*Advanced knowledge of all aspects of PC operating systems and configurations.
