Description
Our client, a major Fortune 500 company is currently looking for a Desktop Support Analystto join their team in Napa, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

Applicant must acknowledge tickets in a timely manner, respond to helpdesk inquiries promptly, communicate with the customer, and do quality work on each ticket.

Applicant must utilize account quality control procedures and complete RCA forms for all SEV 1 & 2 tickets. Escalation

Ensure that critical problems are quickly communicated to your team leader.

Applicant will need to ensure that all project work is completed on time.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Required Skills:

Must be able to troubleshoot PC and Printer devices for common issues.

Must be able to understand, troubleshoot and resolve Ethernet connectivity issues and Peripheral connectivity issues.

Must be able to perform PC re-build, re-imaging or device deployment.

Must be learn and comprehend devices they may not typically utilize, i.e. Thin Client, Label Printers, Bar Code Scanners, etc.

Must have knowledge of email fundamentals as it relates to the PC and MS Office Suite support.

Must have PDA configuration and support experience.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Desktop/PC Sup., Win9x, NT, 2K, XP.

Experience with PC / Server Hardware and Configuration.

Experience with Excellent Customer Service skills.

Novell Experience Preferred.

Telecommunication Experience Preferred.
