Description
Growing Cleveland distributor is seeking a desktop support analyst. The distributor is a privately owned company which is growing at a fast pace and has created an exciting new position in their IT department. The bulk of the position will involve a mix of desktop and end user support, but working knowledge of MS Server 2000, 2003, and Exchange Server 2003 are a required. Ability to work with servers, desktops, phone/client support, and running reports will be normal tasks associated with this position. Intermediate knowledge of SQL is required. A college degree focusing in Computer Science is desirable.
