Description
A multimedia company located on Madison's east side is looking for a desktop support professional for a contract to full-time position. This person will be supporting 75-100 pc, and some Mac, desktop computers, creating images, handling upgrades, providing end-user support, software & hardware troubleshooting, and documenting actions. You would be reporting to the Director of Technology, and will be trained on many of the job duties. An excellent environment to grow your IT knowledge, while working in a cutting edge, first shift, casual dress, work environment.

Experience/Skills
Qualified candidates need to have 1+ year of experience supporting PC's running Windows XP in the work place. Prior work in a help desk position would be acceptable. Exposure to hard drive imaging using Altaris or Ghost is a big plus. Additional skills that would be utilized include Active Directory, Exchange, software installs, vitalization, and Veritas back ups. Good communication and documentation skills are also needed.
