Robert Half Technology is partnering its efforts with a newly expanded company here in Cincinnati for their Desktop Support Team. This Desktop Analyst will provide remote and on site support for the end users. The Analyst will be working on daily issues pertaining, but not limited desktops, laptops OS, patch services, application installs and other peripherals. This Desktop Analyst must have 5+ plus years of experience with end user support in a very fast paced environment and adhering to an SLA.Experience with HEAT or Remedy ticketing tool is a plus.Any and all IT related certification is a plus.
