We are currently looking to fill multiple Desktop support positions at all levels of experience for a rapidly growing client of ours. Our client is going through an expansion phase and looking for talented Desktop Support individuals to join their team.This position is responsible for all aspects of IT support. The IT Support/Desktop Technician’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This role also requires excellent customer service and phone skills. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:Responsibilities• Install and upgrade software, install hardware, implement file backups and configure systems and applications.• Ensure network connectivity workstations and perform preventative maintenance• Configure, test and troubleshoots hardware.• Analyzes, assesses needs and corrects problems with hardware related functions on PCs & printers.• Support development and implementation of networking projects and new technology installations.• Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and e-mail.• Provides back-up assistance to department employees when needed.

Experience/Skills
