Desktop Support Analyst: Robert Half Technology is currently looking for helpdesk and desktop support skills. This person takes all company calls that are forwarded from clients Out Sourced Call Center, that provides basic helpdesk functions. They will also support the clients 3 locations in the Las Vegas area. Candidate will be supporting 200 users, XP Pro machines running Office 2003 and an application called Misys, and Dameware as well.

Experience/Skills
Desktop Support Analyst; Hardware knowledge is also very important preferably Dell or Gateway desktop. Proficient in MS Office 2003, Windows XP, some working knowledge of SQL database and Misys a plus. Excellent Customer Service Skills A Must
