Robert Half Technology has an immediate need to fill multiple opportunities for Desktop Support Analysts within our Holyoke-based client. The Desktop Support Analysts we seek should have A+ or MCP Certifications, problem solving skills, and the capability to multi-task. Desirable candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional. The Desktop Support Analysts will have skills in installation and configuration of hardware, software and operating systems. Candidates should have prior expertise in assisting employees with various technical issues which include hardware and software configuration, desktop system performance, maintenance procedures, as well as general computer knowledge and customer service issues.
