Description
We are seeking an Experienced Desktop Support Lead Technician to work in the Hartford location at our clients site. Responsibilities: The candidate will lead a team of 3 and will provide deskside support for a major enterprise client with multiple physical locations in Connecticut. The Deskside Support Lead technician will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues and remote support for users.Experience/Education Required: • Computer support LAN technician with experience providing technical assistance to business professionals. • Strong technical ability but not limited to: desktop, printers, configuration, hardware/software installation, trouble shooting... • Understanding of networking, active directory, wireless and other comparable technical knowledge. • Strong customer services, in person and being able to provide remote support • Experience in working on deployment/upgrade projects.
