Spherion was founded in 1946, and currently has over 735 locations nationwide. Our client base includes 85% of the Fortune 100 Companies. Our Irvine office is seeking a Jr .Help Desk. This is a contract opportunity with our client located in Riverside County.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

This position is for Junior Help Desk in a proprietary software environment.

Solid verbal, written communication, and analytical skills required. Must be professional and interview well in person.

Software and hardware troubleshooting.

Shift varies, some weekends required.

Payrate is $15 an hour.

Experience/Skills
Must have 1 year experience in Help Desk or Desktop position. Also experience supporting college computer lab, or Best Buy Geek Squad experience, etc. 1-2 years towards College degree preferred. A+ Certification preferred.
