Description
Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide Level II support for a large client base in Cranbury, NJ. Hours are 9 to 5. Will be working no less than 35 hours per week. We are ideally looking for someone with experience supporting corporate clients who is available immediately and open to a long-term contract.

Experience/Skills
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Extensive experience with Cisco VPN, DSL, cable modem, and wireless router troubleshooting.
• Ability to multi-task and handle complex matters with minimal supervision and excellent follow-up skills; must be flexible and adaptable.
• Symantec Ghost Imaging - both creating and updating images.
• Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office 2003, especially Outlook email (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Access).
• Experience with operating systems such as Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000.
• Basic Active Directory skills.
• Experience troubleshooting basic printing, networking, memory, disk space, and peripheral issues (connectivity, re-boot, drivers, new software conflicts).
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ask questions as required.
