This position will be responsible for supporting, developing and implementing resource-efficient PC systems that meet the technical needs of the organization. This professional will provide first and second level technical support and problem resolution for desktop-related systems and escalates when appropriate within IT groups.

Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Desktop Support
-Must have knowledge of WinXP/2000/NT, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, MS Office 2003/XP
-Must have experience with network and server administration tasks
-Must have a BS Degree or equivalent work experience
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - will interface with executives df-tc
