We have an immediate need for an Desktop Support

JOB DESCRIPTION
CDI IT Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support for one of our clients located in San Angelo, TX. This is a 3 week contract assignment.

Will be also handling PC deployments as scheduled.

. Provides technical end-user troubleshooting and training for Microsoft Office, email, data security, administrative products and other desktop software.

. Perform help desk duties responding to end user inquires and maintaining the call ticketing system.

. Perform PC-related hardware and software support including installation, configuration and maintenance.

. PC hardware and Microsoft certifications preferred.

. 2+ years of technical support and customer service experience in a MS Windows environment with exposure to Microsoft operating systems, Office suite products, e-mail, remote access, anti-virus, anti-spam and other security software required. Must also be familiar with Vista.

. Must be team orientation, have a service orientation, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.

. Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

. Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
