Description
Our client, a healthcare facility is searching for a Desktop/Network Admistrator. They will be responsible for supporting the Regional Offices in Glendale. They will provision accounts in Novell, change user rights, set up VPN's, build desktops, provide LAN administration, handle all Desktop escalated issues, and manage calls.

Requirements:
Must have 5 years of Desktop Support/Network Administrative skills

Must have Novell, Groupwise, VPN and Heat (or other ticketing systems experience - Nortel would be a plus

Must have excellent customer services skills working with internal customersdf-tc
