Description
6 to 12 week contract position, $18- 20/hr: Local candidates only, please. Tier 2/Second Level Deskside Support: Under general supervision: services, and repairs personal computers, and installs and configures desktop software. Provides routine technical support for computers and associated networks to include installation, troubleshooting, and customer service using standard policies, procedures, and guidelines. Requirements: B. A. or B. S. degree preferable in IT or Computer Science; Hands- on experience with PC/MAC hardware, software and OS operating systems. Excellent Customer Skills a must. 3- 5 years experience required; Windows 2000 Professional, Win98, XP, g4 and g5 Mac's, OS 9 and OS 10, Windows 98- XP workstations, Mac OS 9. 2, Mac OS X 10. 2. 3, Mac OS X 10.3.X.df-tc
