Desktop Support Specialist – Corporate Technology

This position will be part of the team in our Madison Office, which is Berbee headquarters. Berbee Information Networks is the predominant technology solutions provider in this region. Responsible for supporting a highly mobile workforce in the operation of their desktops, laptops and related equipment. Additional duties include support of the standard applications, maintenance of the standard configurations and documentation of the desktop and laptop maintenance and configuration procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES< /p>

• Supports employees by identifying and resolving personal computing requirements and problems.


• Documents all trouble ticket details escalated by first level support.
