Required Experience: ? Windows administration and application support (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Ghost) ? Knowledge of Windows servers is a plus ? LAN & WAN networking (TCP/IP, DNS) ? End-user support experience ? Write documentation ? Good communication and problem-solving skills Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Rollout new PCs using images and other techniques ? Patch OS ? Install and patch software (including MS Office) ? User maintenance and printer setups ?
