We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for our client in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This is a contract-hire position.

Provide on-site technical support for PCs and MAC's hardware and software in a network environment. Maintain technical tickets/incidents, identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users. Experience in supporting standard office software such as OUTLOOK, MS Office. Experience in supporting and maintaining Win2003 Server and SQL-based Applications. 2+ Years Experience.df-tc
