Minimum 4 years hands on desktop support experience. Background with 2000, XP, MS Office Suite, Exchange, TCP/IP, desktop administration. Responsibility will include install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot printer issues, network connections, reset passwords.
Individual will be working and interfacing with various users in a professional setting so excellent communications skills required. Certifications a plus.
