Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Bartlett, TN.

Job Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Specialist will provide day to day support of I.S. functions within a hospital setting. They will be responsible for technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related software/hardware. Trouble shoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when related to personal desktop computers. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.

Required Skills:
  • At least 1 year experience with PC hardware, desktop software, basic printer and network skills
  • Windows XP/2000

    Desired Skills:
  • Experience in a hospital setting a plus

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
